How to Use (60-Second Start)

1. Roller: Slow passes (30–60s per area). Breathe. Park on tender spots for 10–20s.
2. Peanut: Place along the spine or calves; roll 2–3 minutes to mobilize without hitting the bony ridge.
3. Ball: Pinpoint glutes, feet, pecs; small circles or gentle holds for 45–90s.

Tip: Stay at a “productive discomfort” of 5–7/10. Pain-free breathing = green light.

Mini Routines

• Desk Reset (5 min): Peanut (thoracic) → Ball (pecs) → Roller (lats).
• Leg Day Prep (6 min): Roller (quads/hamstrings) → Peanut (calves) → Ball (glutes).
