Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personalized/custom products).

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@4sassy.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider (it may take time to post).

  2. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@4sassy.com
