At 4Sassy, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, customs, and lost or delayed packages.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

3. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

5. Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, global disruptions).

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@4sassy.com and we’ll assist you.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@4sassy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
